“Rest and Recharge: Practicing Radical Self Care in an Uncertain World.”

In a time when our nervous systems are constantly on alert, this exhibition invites us into pauses, into breath, into softness, into remembering that rest is not weakness, but renewal.

My work joins other artists in exploring rest as an active practice — a return to presence, resilience, and creativity.
