Long time ago, I received a tulip—fragile, fleeting, yet unforgettable. I captured it then in acrylic, a tender gesture preserved in time. But as I grew, so did my art. Drawn to the depth and emotion found in the dance of warm and cool tones, I returned to the painting with oil, letting color speak with new life. This work is not just a flower-it, it is a moment remembered, reimagined, and reborn. A tribute to a gift that never faded. A bloom that lives on.
Forever Bloom will be exhibited at the Brushwood Center as part of the Mother’s Day Market celebration, alongside other paintings that together fill an 8-foot wall. As I revisited this piece, it was important to me that it reflect the same quality and spirit of my current work—a seamless part of the story I’m telling through this collection.
